How do I choose an oil?

Where can I find the ingredient list?

Open the individual product page and review the “In this bottle” or “In this set” section. Check the printed pack label as well.

How should I use an essential oil?

Essential oils are concentrated. Dilute about five to six drops in 30 ml of carrier oil before topical use, and follow the directions on the product label.

Should I patch test?

Yes. Patch test first, keep products away from eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I use products during pregnancy or while nursing?

Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or nursing. For baby products, check with your paediatrician.

Can I use an oil on babies?

Speak with your paediatrician first and follow the product label. Keep products away from a child’s eyes and hands.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges and the free-shipping threshold are shown in the store and at checkout. The threshold can change, so check your cart before placing an order.

Can I change or cancel an order?
